Q. Are you an authorized dealership?

A. Yes. We are an authorized dealership out of Ohio.

Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part?

A.  If you receive the wrong part, contact us and we will email you a return label. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection.

Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?

A. If you order the wrong part and wish to return it, please email us for return instructions. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned part. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

A. Most parts ship in one to two business days. Some parts may have a longer order time from the manufacturer. From the time an order leaves our warehouse, delivery time may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

*Note: Overnight/expedited shipping does not guarantee the order will ship same day for a next-day delivery. After processing, we will ship your order using your chosen shipping method.

Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

A. If you need to return a part, please email us and we will provide instructions for starting a return.

If you need to exchange an item, please follow our returns process for the item you wish to exchange. A new order will need to be placed for the part needed.

Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

A. We always strive to package your items securely for shipping. Unfortunately, sometimes the shipping carriers damage an item in transit. We will work with you to replace the item and make the exchange easy. We always will require pictures of the damage and packaging to file a claim with the carrier.

Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?

A. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tells us everything we need to know about your vehicle, including engine codes, paint and interior color, and year of build. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering.

Q. Where can I find my VIN?

A. The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but there are several other areas you can find it, including your vehicle registration, on the driver door jam, or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

A. Yes, we do offer expedited shipping from USPS, UPS, and FedEx

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping methods each with their own tiers of priority.

Q. Can I track my package?

A. Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order as soon as your order ships.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q. How do you protect my credit card information?

A. All payments are processed using the secure Authorize.net banking gateway at checkout. We do not accept payment info over the phone, or in emails. We never collect your card numbers or information.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

A. If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email or call to let us know and we will cancel your order.  If your order has already shipped, you will need to return your order once you receive it.

Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?

A. No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account will allow you to track your orders and make future purchases faster and easier.

Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?

A. Yes, Toyota has a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty period for parts and accessories (labor excluded).  BMW offers a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on parts and accessories (labor excluded).

Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

A. All parts sold by Cheapest Factory Parts are Genuine Parts. Your vehicles warranty is not affected by these original equipment replacement parts.

Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

A. To ensure you are ordering the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, please provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy.

We also offer a parts lookup on our website free of charge. However, if you still have questions regarding a part or accessory, please give us a call and we can provide additional help prior to ordering.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?

A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well.

Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.

Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?

A. Left (LH) is driver side, Right (RH) is passenger side.  Picture yourself sitting in the vehicle for reference of left and right side.

Q. What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?

A. To speak directly with us, call our phone number (419-877-7725). If prompted to leave a voice message, please leave your name and number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Q. What are your Customer Service hours?

A. Customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Q. Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

A. Occasionally we offer special discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about special offers.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. All orders that ship within Ohio will be charged sales tax.

Q. I don't know how to look up the parts I need. Can I call in my order?

A. Yes, please call our phone number (419-877-7725) to speak with us and start your order. If prompted to leave a voice message, please leave your name and number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
